[MRCG] Looking for medium power VLF CW transmitter

Yes, KPH had two frequencies in the VLF marine band.
Richard Dillman is the expert and the one that came to me with the
idea of getting something back on during our regular Saturday ops.
At this point its more of a dream than anything else. If we either
find a transmitter or decide to do some serious mods to something
we have on hand ( a BIG project) that would be only part of the project.
The other two are the antenna matching nextwork and of course the
antenna itself.
Its a complex project to say the least but it was approved at the last
board meeting. My initial thoughts are we should shoot for a transmitter
of at least 1 KW because antenna efficiency will be so poor.
