[MRCG] Looking for medium power VLF CW transmitter

Hi Guys,
I'm usually a lurker here but a couple of us at MRHS (KSM/KPH in Bolinas and
Pt. Reyes) have the outlandish idea of putting a transmitter on the VLF
marine bands in the 126 KC area. So we're looking for a transmitter
capable of 1 to 5 KW of any vintage and any condition (preferably restorable)
that might be gathering dust in someone's garage. 

And yes, we are licensed to do this. Any help, suggestions or tips appreciated.
