[MRCG] Net Tonight: I'll be on low power!

I'll be running about 25W on the net tonight, so it wouldn't hurt for one of the other big guns to run the net this weekend.

W6AQU (and others) suggested to me that the AM/CW relay in my T-368C could be the site of problem with arcing on voice peaks. I managed to get it out of the radio from the front without needing to excavate the whole rig out of the corner it's stuck in. Sure enough, I found visible signs of arcing on the contacts that short out the modulation transformer in CW modes. I cleaned it up, and modified/adjusted it such that those contacts open about twice as far as before. I think this has a good chance of fixing the problem!

Unfortunately, I must have messed something up when I reinstalled it. When I key up, modulator plate current immediately pegs the meter and the bias control has no effect. I must have something messed up with the contacts and/or wires on the other side of the relay, which provide adjustable bias in AM mode and maximum negative bias in CW modes. I won't have it fixed by net time tonight, in a little under 20 minutes.
