[MRCG] GRC-26

There were several versions of the GRC-26. The earliest, as far as I know,
used
a pair of R-388's with the CV-31 diversity IF RTTY converter driving a TT-4.
The transmitter was a BC-610. Can't recall what FSK driver was used.
Had planned to put one of these together but never found a BC-610.
