[MRCG] TED-7, URR-35A, and R390A

FWIW, the TED/URR-35 combo can be operated on 220 with no mods.  There is
very little activity, but it might be cool to try some local comms with
early UHF gear.  The ARC-27 and ARC-33 will also go down to 220.

Hi Jason,
I also have a TED (mine is the 5). No one wants them but I have not had the
heart to part mine out. These are so nicely built. If you ever get a T-368
it'd look nice next to it.
