[MRCG] MVPA Mil Vehicle Rally w/MRCG

Hi to ALCON.  The MVPA National convention was held in Pleasanton CA last
week.  Hosted by the Military Vehicle Collectors of California, the
Military Radio Collectors Group was invited to participate and display some
operating gear.

N6FEG had some rare (and heavy!) equipment in operation, plus we had some
field sets going as well.
