[MRCG] 2016 Annual Meeting Dates Confirmed

The 21st Annual West Coast Military Radio Collector’s Group meeting at Camp San Luis Obispo has been confirmed with the base to take place at the NCO Club on Friday and Saturday May 6th & 7th, 2016. Early arrivals on Thursday are welcome after 1 pm as usual.

More to follow, but it’s time to start thinking about what you’d like to change, add or delete from the event. I assume format will remain similar to years past, and that we’ll repeat the junk auction after the swap on Saturday. Maybe move some presentations to Friday Evening? All subject to your input, of course.

And, please consider putting together a presentation or display (or both).

We now have enough funds in the box to cover all expenses, so we won’t need to go begging. I do think that to keep it that way, we might consider asking for commercial sponsors, perhaps for the coffee mess, the presentations and maybe for some display awards. I was thinking that a sponsor would receive appropriate signage and honorable mention... so, ideas please ???
