Do we all really know the value of everything on that list?  I am not sure I 
do, and opinions can vary a lot.

Maybe it's just me, but I do wish people would list some sort of price, 
since it would remove all doubt.  Most of the time when I see a seller's 
message saying "we all know what this is worth" I just automatically go on 
past the ad, and I suspect I am not alone in that thought.
