[MRCG] BC-375 SK

The BC-375 is no longer in the shack as is my policy with my busted radios. 

When it ate the second plate current meter, I suspected something was up. Now it snacks on HV fuses. They last a couple minutes. Power supply lugs down to 800V from its usual 1100V. 

I suspect bypass cap issues. Anyone have an idea where to start before I start flailing around in there?
