[MRCG] Clatternet Schedule

Hi Guys - maybe 1730 PST Sunday (0130Z)  might be worth a try if it fits
everyone's schedules...Mark was +20 over S9 at that time as he was testing
earlier today.  Then faded to S2-3 an hour later for the actual net startup
time.  The band "went long".... But not long enough for Ray!  (Thanks for
trying Ray!)
Maybe we can start picking up Jim in Arkansas too...

By the way, Clatternet was restarted in August 2014 so we are still
sputtering and clattering along....
