Hi Jack -

Great, I hope to see you at the meet this year. We've got a lot of really 
good presentations scheduled, and new for this year are 6-meter fox hunts on 
Friday & Saturday, and a junker auction after the swap on Saturday morning.

About the T-shirts -  I'm asking everyone to please send a check for your 
T-shirts ( $20 each ) to me at:

If you want me to mail them, include an extra $3 for a single shirt, or $5

We have commitments for 53 T-shirts so far. Pre-payment helps a lot - the 
production cost (including the artist fee) is right around $1000, and it's 
due when they deliver the shirts.

I still have not seen the artwork for this year's shirt - but I think I know 
where Wendell is going with it, and you won't be disappointed.

For those who haven't made a commitment yet - this was a big fund raiser for 
the meet last year, and we expect it to be again this year. If you think 
you're going to want one, please let me know how many and what sizes NOW. 
The order must be released to the shop on or about the 25th of this month.


BTW - I just received confirmation this morning from the CSLO Dining 
Facility management that we are welcome to come for breakfast, lunch and 
dinner. Hours are:

Breakfast 6:00-7:30
Lunch  11:30-1:00
Dinner   5:00-6:30

Do I need to send money now for the two tee shirts?

I've got a trip out West to take, and am trying to work
the schedule to take in the meet this year. Not sure if
I can swing it yet, but I am trying.
