Hi there! For the newer radios that use that style of battery, I've generally used the non-rechargeable LiSO2 ones such as the BA-5590A/U. I just use them too infrequently for rechargeable batteries to work well. There are surplus dealers such as Murphy's Surplus Warehouse who may have batteries and/or accessories, but I've found most of mine on eBay.

Congratulations on getting a URC-200. That's fairly exotic for our group. I have some SINCGARS gear, but I think I'm in a minority in our group who dabbles with the more modern gear.
