[MRCG] Clatternet time/band shift?

I can say I wouldn't mind - would probably cut me totally out until better
propagation resumes in the fall, but it's not really good enough for
communication as it is.

The late W6AEE used to have a MARS net just below 40M on Sunday 
afternoons, maybe 4PM.  I don't remember how much of California it 
covered.  I just remember visiting with him on Sunday afternoons and
taking a break for the net.  This was in early 1960s.
