And Al was one of our "go out for dinner gang" at the SLO weekends. Al and Dave were inspirational in my desire to get a model 28 to have running away in my kitchen!
Maybe we should have a MRCG plaque with the names of our SK members? Or is that too morbid? We'd all be on it eventually and the last man standing could nail it up in the NCO club...when no one is looking...They'd think it was official once hanging on the wall...All of our SK members have been an inspiration and a help to me personally.

Al ran RATT on 10.137 from Ft Mac when we had MRCG there... when it
rained like crazy. He had an aluminium tube mast cut for that freq. If I
remember right Dave Ross was one of his QSOs.
