There was a thread about this subject over on the Antique Radio Forums along 
with supplier links.  A search will probably bring it up.   I think the 
knurled switch nut tools were available from a guitar supply company and 
someone else found them on Amazon as well.  If that's what we are talking 
about.

Me, most of the gear I get has already been attacked by a previous owner 
with Vise Grips and chisel, with the paint destroyed and so forth.  Sigh...
