This might be of interest to some of the Clatternet folks. Forwarded from the CryptoCollectors group, here's a link to a nice clean scan of a 1953 Kleinschmidt document showing some of their commercial equipment (which is very similar, if not identical other than badging, to their military models if I am not mistaken). I've just given it a quick skim, but I can see that the scan captured the halftone images very nicely. It's tricky to do that without creating ugly Moire patterns.
