It was a challenging net for all of us tonight! W6JVE, WB6AZP, N6CC and K6FWT checked in. I couldn't get K6FWT into the rotation, since Jim didn't seem to be able to copy me well enough. There was lots of QRN and QRM, including narrow-shift right between our tones. I find that FLDIGI ignores the narrow shift just fine as long as my AGC doesn't get hit too hard, but I hear that sets like the GRC-46 can't deal with jammers between the mark and space tones. We did a QSY down 1 Kc to get away from the worst jammer, and that may have confused things still further. And then the band seemed to go long.

Well, I hope things go more smoothly next weekend, assuming any of us are out of the turkey-coma by then!

Jim, I think what you need is a nice regional power failure at net time to get rid of your local noise! :)
