[MRCG] Billeting

I have just been advised by Billeting that they will take reservations NO SOONER than 30 days, so looks like April Fools Day is it.

Also, as usual, plan for being bumped, as this is a training period and they may fill up. They will call you Yay/Nay 3 days ahead of time.

Hope Cal Poly isn't having a festival. Acomodations can get tight in town if so........
