ORRECTION. I never had a 102 set mine was Type 81. Here is a pic of mine as 
erated in the field at MRCG a few years back.

oth Mark and Andy have had one of these sets at one time or another.  They are 
ting more rare.  The hand crank generator that would work with this set was 
erior in design to the GN-58 (with the advantage of several decades of 
hnology).  It is a brushless alternator design.  Not sure if the outputs from 
 generator (not included in this auction) would be compatible with the 
-9...considering design similarities, I would not be surprised if it worked.

he unit is essentially a GRC-9.  The tubes in the set and the spare tubes are 
 drop in tubes for the GRC-9.  If the kit is complete, it will include dipole 
ennas, headphones, etc.  I had fun unpacking mine about 5 years ago.  Here is
