[MRCG] RTTY net

It was a fun try, with just the right amount of educational fumbling around!

I decided to readjust my silly modern gear to center the AFSK in my rig's audio passband better.

A PRC-47 or GRC-106 would have been tuned as follows:
* Indicated freq 3600 kHz. USB, of course.
* Mark tone  1575 Hz
* Space tone 2425 Hz
* Centered around 2000 Hz

For a modern rig with a sound card modem, this setup might work better:
* Indicated freq 3600.5 kHz USB
* Mark tone  1075 Hz
* Space tone 1925 Hz
* Cenetered around 1500 Hz

A true FSK rig would tune to 3601.575 kHz (LOL! Just zero-beat one of the SSB-based rigs on the net!).

Anyway, I'm still open to considering a different band and/or time, but work places all sorts of inconvenient constraints on my radio fun time.
