Yes, but as I pointed out in a previous e-mail:

On the receiver side a number of different harmonic combinations are  
possible to provide an injection
signal 12 mHz (receiver IF freq.)  below the desired operating  
frequency."
Thus 8830 (15th harmonic) and 7791.2 (17th harmonic) crystals can be  
used as well.

Likewise, a harmonic  12 mHz above the desired receive frequency  
should work OK too.
(144.45+12)/16 = 9778.1 kHz;
Or, using the 15th harmonic (144.45+12)/15 = 9202.9 kHz.

Etc.

The "Harmonic Generator" stage in the SCR-522 generates a broad range  
of harmonic signals,
Tune the receiver to respond to the one you want.
