[MRCG] SCR-522 xtals

The way the SCR-522 is set up the transmitter operates off the 18  
harmonic of the controlling crystal.  Thus, for an output frequency of  
144.450 mHz an 8025 crystal would be required.  On the receiver side a  
number of different harmonic combinations are possible to provide an  
injection harmonic 12 mHz (receiver IF freq.)  below the desired  
operating frequency.
