If we get enough interest, we can have nice quality T-shirts made in time 
for this year’s annual meet in San Luis Obispo. We need commitments for 35 
shirts before we can order them, so if you’d like one, please let us know no 
later than March 17th (St. Patrick’s Day). Email me at 
boatanchor at martasystems.com with the quantity and sizes you want. The shirts 
will be sold for $20 each, and all proceeds will be put toward the 2014 and 
2015 events. The T-shirts will feature custom artwork on the back of the 
shirt by Wendell Dowling, and “West Coast Military Radio Collector’s Group” 
on the left front breast. We haven’t decided yet on the shirt color - 
possibly a light O.D. or khaki. Artwork is posted on the website at: 
http://www.mrcgwest.org in the “MRCG Apparel” page.

So, ok, not everyone wears T-shirts - we get that. But, we don’t want to 
leave anyone out, so I’ve arranged for some very nice Navy blue Polo shirts 
embroidered with “West Coast Military Radio Collector’s Group” on the front 
pocket. If you want one of these, they will be $25 each, and all proceeds 
will be put toward the 2014 and 2015 events. Although there is no minimum 
number we must purchase, we still need to know how many and what sizes – so 
again, please email me at boatanchor at martasystems.com with your quantity and 
sizes before March 17th.

For postage, I will be happy to mail shirts to anyone who wants them, but 
cannot attend this year’s meet. They will be not be available until early 
May.

IMPORTANT - DO NOT SEND MONEY AT THIS TIME.
When (and if) we have enough commitments, I will put up a page on the 
website that can take payments and we will announce we’re ready in this 
email group.
