Did you sign up at the web page (http://www.mrcgwest.org) or at this mailing list (http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/mrcg)? I haven't seen any new membership requests recently for this mailing list. John Castorina WB6AZP would handle membership requests for the web page, I think.
