Hi Jason and others -
I may still have a connector or two from my TCS project, which involved
rebuilding a dynamotor supply obtained from Tom (WA6OPE) a couple years ago.
Also have a junker receiver if you find you need some parts for yours. I'm
taking the TCS to field day this year in Ventura harbor - hope to contact
folks on the MRCG Saturday evening AM net with it from there.
I'm glad your orphanage is providing care for those machines. I still have
another Kleinschmidt page printer available, similar to TT-98, that goes
with the FGC-25 (?is that correct?) and has the reperf plug coming out of
the left side. This one will need some serious attention, however. Sorry,
Mark, no tables available at this time (although I've got another that goes
with another Klein TT-117 page printer).
As discussed informally at MRCG, a number of us are now busy getting our
Teletype equipment operational and hope to establish a new SoCal
"Clatternet" (term borrowed from Dave Ross N7EPI, hope he doesn't mind).
Haven't decided anything yet for frequency or days/times, but get your stuff
ready, it should be fun. It will be 850 shift, mark low, to remain
compatible with our old equipment. BTW, both the T-368 and GRC-19/46 sets
are capable of simultaneous AM voice and FSK, so we may try that on the
regularly scheduled net at some point.
I have posted a new gallery of the MRCG 2013 event on the
http://www.mrcgwest.org website from my camera. Mostly people pictures...
