Looks like you'll have to create the 'standard' for the 120vac 800hz connector.
Many of us 800hz folks will be anxious to hear how your experiment with the inverter goes.
Good luck with it and thanks for taking on the challenge to do it.

Subject: [MRCG] 800Hz AC Power for Navy Radios
I've ordered a 24VDC input, 120VAC 60 Hz output inverter from Amazon. I will see if I can reverse-engineer it and modify it to make 800 Hz power for my new GP-7 transmitter. I chose 24V input over a cheaper 12V input unit because the GP-7 power draw would exceed my 12V supply's capacity. It should run OK from my PP-4763A supply, though.
Assuming I succeed in making it work, I plan to change out the AC power output connectors on the inverter. I don't want an ordinary line cord hanging off my GP-7, since plugging it into an ordinary wall outlet would probably burn it up.
Before I re-invent the wheel, do any of y'all already have a preferred connector for 120VAC 800Hz power sources?
