Hi Guys - 
FRAG Order:  Attached is the draft (and probably final) "FRAG Order" for the
2013 MRCG SLO field ops.  I thought it worked out pretty well, (fun!)
especially for our first attempt with the M-209.  Do we want to formally
promote some field ops this time?  Do we want to duplicate the event we did
in 2012?  Does Mark want to do the 209 exercise again?  Do we want to do
something different?

I can commit to a GRC-109 CW station and a PRC-25/PRC-6 for the festivities,
either at the NCO club or in the boonies....

A related thought: Having some structure like this also "gives purpose" to
appropriate equipment in the display area or outside.  Powered, operating
and on-freq adds to the "displays"...
