[MRCG] GO-9 rescue

Oh boy, what a mess.  The PS has been completely hamified but pretty  
much useless anyway since it was originally all 800 cps.  No, hams  
didn't have access to 800 cps  back then or today either hence the  
mods you're running into.  Looks like the RF section has ben messed up  
too.
