[MRCG] BC-1346 Control Amplifier

Well...the harder I look, the more I am convinced that I have something approaching a one-of-a-kind item.  It is a BC-1346 Control Amplifier made by Bogen for the Signal Corps.  I can find no reference to it on the Internet.  It is serial number 113, so more than one were made, and it has an MFP treatment date of July, 1945.  If anybody can shed some light on this...it looks like an HQ item for monitoring multiple comm lines via amplified speaker.  I'd be happy to send pics if you're curious.  My item looks like it just came off the assembly line.
