[MRCG] RU Receiver Series Info and Parts Wanted

Mark,
There were two voltage versions, 12 and 24/28 VDC, so I guess the first 
thing is decide which you will go with, RU-19 was 24/28,  I think ?????. 
I've wanted to put an RU/GF together for quite a while with a pile of 
related stuff acquired but a mix of voltages. maybe we can swap pieces so we 
both get a complete system or if anyone else has extra bits let us know.
