Hi Verne,
 As I recall, if you were staying on base, you would indicate your preference to eat in the mess when you made your reservation. Those staying off base should probably contact billeting to request meals or get forworded to the approprate contact.
 Sorry I'll miss this event but I will be toasting my nephew and his new bride that weekend!

Do we have permission to eat at the Mess Hall?
Last year the mess hall needed head count before going to the Mess Hall, 
otherwise they may turn us away.
