Please disregard my previous message, see below.   Use the information  
provided earlier,  i.e.;

1.       Please download the base entry form from
http://www.calguard.ca.gov/cslo/Documents/Camp%20San%20Luis 
%20Obispo.htm and
print it out.

2.       Fill out the form with your personal information

3.       Then, for these fields please use:
Name of Event:                Military Radio Collector's Group

Your Affiliation:                 Self
