Cool! I'm looking forward to seeing those. Your exhibit will be appreciated. You do not need to make arrangements in advance for a static display. You can simply bring them and choose an available table in the NCO club where we display equipment. If you would like to present a lecture, then some advance notice is preferred so we can announce it, but even a last-minute lecture can probably be accommodated. We are a pretty informal group.
