[MRCG] Military Radio Collectors Group MRCG-West Mail Reflector

As a result of comments received at the MRCG annual meet in Camp San Luis
last week, we have established a new mailing list/reflector to facilitate
better communications between members. This is that list.

The website will continue to be available for picture galleries, calendar of
events and other information. A new gallery has already been added with
pictures from the 2012 event.
