[MRCG] Weekly AM net time change

Last night on the weekly AM net, Dennis announced a time change to track the seasonally-changing propagation. Next week we'll try to fire up the net on Saturday at 1900 hours (7PM) Pacific time. Nominal frequency is 3985 KC +/- QRM. Primary mode is AM, but CW and SSB are also welcome... just give folks some time to get their BFOs turned on and adjusted. It's OK to check in with civilian gear, too.

We've been opening the net at 1930 hours for the past several weeks, but the band has been going long pretty early. So, we're trying an earlier opening time to hopefully get a longer window of usable communications.
