I get them all the time and usually subject is obvious!
I just delete them. I've reported them many times but seems to do nothing!   providers issue, mot the user

He is well aware of the situation. They hacked into his email account and locked him out.

He had to wait for a weekday to get hold of the company to fix the email problem. 

I hope it doesn't do too much damage to him..
