If you take part in the annual MRCA Gilbert Field Exercise this year there will be a certificate available for you at the Howell building that evening. I printed up some in advance and if anyone would like to have one get up with me after I get back from Beltsville Lake. Extra credit for anyone who can identify who’s display that is in the background.
