The towers on the right of Al's screen shot look like they're for COWs - Cells On Wheels. I say this because they both have a three-legged platform at the top that is typically used for cellular antenna arrays (one directional panel antenna per 120-degree sector coverage.) Land mobile radio antenna systems might have had 2 or 4 legs at top, and HF might not have any.)
