Built several of these interfaces so far. Use them between any desktop or laptop computer running MITTY or just about any other software and the GRC-106, Harris RF-5020 as seen in the picture from Hamvention and the RF-350K Provides audio between the computer along with computer controlled keying of the transmitter. Best to avoid VOX control when using a computer because every time the computer makes a noise it will key the transmitter.

I built up a couple different cables that go between the radio and the interface so it works with both the M-29 and H-250 style connectors.

Very cool Ray!

What do you use in between the GRC-106 mic jack and the laptop for proper levels and isolation?

Thanks,

Just posted a new video of remote operations at the Hagerstown, Washington B&G Club MVPA event. Been doing MVPA shows for a while now and find that’s a good platform for promoting Military Radio collecting and restoring. In some ways may be better then what Ham fest have become. Always take the opportunity to get out in the field and run radios.

You can also see the B-29 Doc in the video.
