They look like the lamps from the URM-25 signal generator. I have some but unsure of voltage required gor the receiver. 28v?  URM-25 maybe only 6v?  Will have a look at the bulb drawer....

The Manufacturing of these bulbs has stopped pushing the prices on auction sites to $50 each (Not great for a bulb that doesn’t last long).
