Friday and Saturday are the two big days. You will need to go thru the main gate that Redball controls. They know that we collect the $5 entrance fee at the Howell building so its just a matter of telling the people at the gate that you are one of the radio people and they will let you drive in and proceed to the Howell building. Redball has security at the main gate 24/7
Floor space is first come first served, there is no reservation or anything like that. Just be aware that we do not provide any tables or chairs so you will have to bring your own, there is electrical power available in the building but be warned! The lighting in that building is the cheap Chinees florescent crap and it creates huge amounts of radio noise. The noise is so bad in the building that I park the mutt some distance away from the building when I work the nets on Saturday.
Hope to see you there, I plan to be arriving on site Thursday and know several others will be there on Thursday.

Subject: [MRCA] Gilbert Access Questions
This will be my first time displaying stuff and I have some basic questions -- maybe they were addressed in previous related emails and I missed it, so I apologize in advance if this is the case.
I plan on being at Gilbert Saturday from 6 AM and leaving around noon.
Do I need a vendor pass?
Will the Howell building be open (will any main gates be open)?
How do I reserve table space?
Thanks
