Dam sexy picture! Don’t sell your GRC-9 short, it is what it is and not what its not.

Tried to get the GRC-9 ready in time, but only got the receiver sorted out. Still blew a lot of appliance operator minds with all those 9V batteries in series at our FD camping trip. 

Used the GRC-9’s long wire at-101 and 102 antenna with my little20W Chinese HF radio and made a couple dozen Q’s, best dx was Puerto Rico on 20m CW. 

And yeah, you can clearly see I’ve been heavily influenced by someone’s website. :D
