Neither of those manufacturers, I'm afraid. The MT-284/ART-13 and MT-284A/ART-13 were a new style of mount that had three separate "layers", and apparently offered a bit more flexibility when near the extremes of movement than the usual Lord/Barry mounts. They began using that type of mount on a variety of equipment later in the war, and they are a real pain to replicate because of the need to make press dies for most of the parts. It's one reason I used a simpler method at https://aafradio.org/garajmahal/ART-13_mounts.html - use of a set of Barry mounts should be possible. They have guidelines for weight vs. stiffness. The only drawback is that you might end up with greater clearance...it would need some research.

Below are the actual "shocks" for the MT-284 and 284/A. They are simply 1" x 1" x 1.5" blocks of stiff foam rubber. They are retained by thin aluminum "cups" spot welded on the ends of the mount. They are relatively easy to replace, which I suppose was also a seller. I have never seen a part number, though these have only a cryptic "S" molded into the ends...which may refer to Stewart-Warner, who is listed in the 1956 manual as the supplier for the mount parts (among other things).
