3/9/24 I’ll be at the Charlotte hamfest so someone else will need to handle net control.
We had 10 checkins today including Steve KA4RSZ on his PRC-47, Russ WA3FRP with his mighty AN/FRR-24, and Paul WA3GFZ who is looking forward to getting his newly acquired RATT shelter running. After the net Jeff NJ2BB managed to overcome some equipment issues and was on from the USS New Jersey for a while. John W1AN’s first RATT QSO was with a battleship. How cool is that! Navy vet Al K8WXQ was also happy to work the battleship for the first time. NJ2BB will be off the air for a couple of months while she is in drydock.
