Did RCA make any BC-339?

MI stands for Master Index, used by RCA for their commercial stuff.

Hello,

I’m trying to make contact with someone in the States regarding vintage AM equipment and I’ve heard you guys over the years on the old military radio net (WEBSDR) and wanted to try and get in touch.  I think we’ve spoken by patching through in the past.

My name is Martin (M0MGA) and I operate a lot on 3.615Mhz on AM with vintage wireless such as WS12, WS19, WS62, DX100U, ART13 Clansman radio’s and much more.

Here in UK wea re trying to identify some coils which look like BC610 coils but we don’t think they are.  Can you help along with your colleagues possibly.

The first one is Oscillator Coil MI-796-E-1 made by RCA Victor Division, New Jersey.

The second one is Power Amplifier Coils 4500-6000 Kc MI-8478-E-1 also made by RCA Victor of New Jersey.

Many thanks in advance.

Best wishes,

Martin
