I tried getting on the Ratt net this morning and was having tuning problems so I pulled down the antenna and found a melted mess, not sure the cause.  I replaced it with a Alpha Delta Delta-C dipole center kit I had on hand, ran 50' of new LMR400 to the Dentron Super Tuner.  I can only get the swr down to 2-1 on 5.357 not sure about that, perhaps I'm not using the tuner correctly but the GRC-106 tuner makes up for it.  I am going to try the M&S at noon on the 106.
