Thats closer to 48 to early fifties from when everyone thought TV was as powerful as the internet. the picture shows something that's defiantly a vidcon camera. RCA did a lot of early remote broadcast pickup stuff, but the majority was in the 2 gHz range. looking at the strips think that's VHF or UHF.
