The orderly and reliable flow of surplus to businesses is at an all time low, one will find. Congressional actions have, I understand, have hand-picked recipients of same and/or restrictions on the release of "advanced technologies". That, and no big conflict ending that might suddenly produce "surplus". Its not clear how our beloved Fair Radio could continue. Sad, but the creek is drying up.
