The CPRC-26 is a fun little squad radio, but about 1 to 1 1/2 mile range is all you’re going to get out of it. I have a few of these. Still looking for the canvas pouch for 3 sets.

My first milrad was  CPRC-26 that I believe I bought also from Fair Radio. I wanted to get on 6M FM on the cheap. Found out no one within a half-mile of me ever listened to 51.0.
