FYI – The G-76B/G (shown in the attached picture being used on my PRC-70) is the pedal powered version of the G-76/G series, for those who would rather pedal while making QSOs…..my previously teen aged sons moved out!

Breck you are the undisputed king of field ops! I must say I have a hard time rubbing my stomach and patting my head at the same time. I think cranking and sending CW would be quite the challenge!

Ive posted some pictures and comments for  Field day last summer. I attempted to use and evaluate  End Fed Half Wave antennas and a simple matching network and use a Magnetic loop. Power consisted entirely of solar panels (No Batteries) and a hand crank Clansmen Generator which was interesting - - -  cranking while working CW.
